When to Book Your HD/5D
- For the most incredible facial detail, we recommend booking between 28 and 34 weeks
- Earlier scans (20-24 weeks) still provide beautiful images, but with a focus on the full body

Is HD/5D safe for my baby?
Absolutely. Just like 2D and 3D/4D scans, HD/5D uses safe sound wave technology. It’s the same ultrasound, just processed differently to create the incredible images. There are no known risks.
Will my baby look exactly like this when born?
Babies in the womb still have some fat to gain, especially in the cheeks! The features you see are definitely theirs, but they’ll fill out and look even more squishable after birth. It’s amazing to see the resemblance, though!
Can I see this on a big screen?
